YEARS AGO, WE ENCOUNTERED AN AFRICIAN GREY, NO ONE WANTED. HER NAME WAS BANDIT, SHE WAS IN TERRIBLE SHAPE, COULDN'T BE HANDLED, AND FOR THE MOST PART, FEATHERLESS! GETTING HER TO (Step Up, Without Biting) WAS THE EASY PART, GETTING HER TO STOP MUTILATING, THAT WAS ANOTHER STORY. I MADE A ROPE TOY UP THAT WAS SO INVOLVED WITH DIFFERENT DIAMETERS OF COTTON ROPE, & MANY, MANY, KNOTS. IN A FEW DAYS, SHE STARTED PLAYING WITH IT. LONG STORY, SHORT, IN ABOUT NINE MONTHS, SHE WAS BACK, FULLY FEATHERED. WE BELIEVE THE MORE INTERESTING ( OUR KITCHEN SINK THEORY) THE MORE COMPLEX, THE BETTER! THIS ROPE TOY IS FOR ANY BIRD, WHO HAS TO MUCH TIME ON THEIR HANDS!
