ALL OUR BONGS ARE MADE BY US IN NORTH CAROLINA. WE START OUT WITH NP 9 GAUGE WIRE, HAND WRAPPING 3/4" 100% COTTON ROPE AROUND THE WIRE, INSTEAD OF PLACING THE WIRE THROUGH THE CENTER! WE THEN REVERSE THE WIRE, AND PLACE THE TOY IN A VICE. OUR BONGS NEVER COME UNDONE. I'M SURE YOU HAVE SEEN OUR COMPETTION................THEY ARE MADE BY MACHINE IN CHINA, USING ABOUT 6 FEET OF ROPE COMPARIED TO 18 FEET THAT WE USE TO MAKE THE SAME SIZE TOY. ONE OTHER FACT, WE DON'T NEED TO GLUE PVC CAPS TO THE ENDS, TO HELP KEEP THE TOY TOGETHER! LASTLY, THE ROPE USED, IS A BLEND OF COTTON AND OTHER MAN MADE FIBERS!............................BUYER BEWARE!
